"Something reminiscent of a scenery, somewhere you might have been or seen. An abstract memory of calm and serenity. I worked with layers, big and dry brush strokes to create a depth to the painting. I added a darker edge on the canvas to imitate the corners of an old photograph to enhance the experience," says the artist.
