I’m still waiting on my delivery, I’ve contacted customer services for help and keep being today to wait till tomorrow, how many more tomorrow do I have to receive before they actually look into where my order has gone?

My posters came damaged - I needed them for a project so I asked for a refund because the replacements would come too late for what I need. Customer service ignored my request and is sending a replacement instead. I don't want the order anymore, I want a refund.

Delivery took longer than expected. For the price paid I did expect better quality. The small prints and gold frames were overall better than the large prints with gold frames. Frames were not great quality and instead of glass they were perspex. Everything looks fine from a distance. I just felt disappointed and overcharged.

Ordering the print was great but it was sent in a flimsy ass card envelope with no protective layer inside to properly protect it either from being bashed or get wet. It did arrive with a big fold down it because of that. I’d have thought a company sending prints would send them more securely so I’d question whether to order from Desenio again

I placed a duplicate order by mistake, tried to cancel it within 5 minutes of ordering and they said i wasnt able to as the order had already been processed. Now Im being charged £9 to return the duplicated order. I feel it was a scam to get more money out of me. Shame as the prints were nice.

Arrived damaged- and unusable - the 2 posters were packed in a flimsy box which didn't survive delivery. Both posters are badly creased. I have submitted a refund claim but one week on and I still have not had a reply/confirmation of refund.. Very poor first-time experience ordering from Desenio

The delivery guy didn’t put my package in front of my apartment door.  I just happened to check the mail and I noticed that it was a box lying on the floor downstairs where anyone could have taken my package. I’m so glad that I checked the mail that evening.

The posters arrived damaged. It appears they were taken out of the box, crushed, and then placed back inside. The box had been stapled shut, but it does not appear that the staples were original. Based on the condition of the posters and the packaging, it seems the damage may have occurred through delivery

I really wanted to love this company because the artwork online looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The website prominently advertises delivery within 2–4 business days, which is what I relied on for a time-sensitive professional event. Only part of my order arrived on time, while the remaining canvases showed up after the event was already over and were completely unusable for their intended purpose. The tracking system was extremely misleading — it appeared as though the full order had been delivered when it had not. Customer service was mostly automated, contradictory, and nearly impossible to get real answers from. I spent days trying to figure out where the missing artwork actually was. To make matters worse, the framed pieces that did arrive were not properly secured within the frames and had to be reassembled onsite by my team despite paying extra for framing services. Because of the delays, I had to spend thousands of dollars sourcing emergency replacement artwork locally at the last minute. The artwork itself is decent visually, but the logistics, communication, framing quality, and customer support experience were honestly not worth the stress. I would be extremely cautious ordering from this company for anything time-sensitive.

Your AI customer service is appalling. Utterly useless, beyond stupid and needs to go in to bin immediately.  It prevented me from speaking to someone to resolve the issue. I will never shop with you again due to it.

I have just taken the picture out of the box to hang it’s completely broken after spending so much money on this to look nice on my main wall its so upsetting. Its my first experience of shopping with you and i am feeling so disappointed ☹️ could someone please help me resolve this issue asap please as i have a viewing of my flat this Friday and wanted it to look nice
