Studio Vreeken is the studio of Sharon Vreeken, an artist based in the Netherlands, whose work is a mix of vibrant colours and balanced neutral tones. Drawing on inspiration from her subconscious as well as interior trends and South American westerns, her art is a mix of portraits, illustrative series and abstract work.

Working digitally at first, she sometimes transfers works to canvas later, adding layers of acrylic paint and oil pastels. She challenges herself to find the perfect balance between composition and colour digitally at first, and has many ideas and not enough time to make them all! She loves her pieces to stand out in someone’s home, becoming the kind of feature visitors ask about.
