Britney Turner

Britney Turner is an Australian artist based in Byron Bay, on Australia’s Sunshine Coast. Inspired by nature, Britney is a self-taught artist who mainly works in acrylics on canvas. From a young age she was drawn to colour, pattern and symbolism, but it took time for her to realise that art wasn’t just something she loved, it was something she was meant to devote her life to.

Britney’s process is very intuitive. She begins with a loose idea or feeling rather than a strict plan, allowing the work to evolve naturally as she builds layers on the canvas.
